Meet the PTSD Course

This 8-week course is designed to help adults learn skills to manage anxiety, stress, worry, low mood and depression following traumatic experiences. The PTSD Course is designed to provide the information and skills that you would normally receive from a mental health professional. You can choose to receive weekly therapist support during the course, or you can choose to contact us when you need to.

Format: Online, self-paced with optional weekly therapist check-ins

Support: Regular guidance from specially trained mental health professionals

Who it's for: Adults with mild to moderate PTSD symptoms, including symptoms of anxiety and depression

Is this for you?

If you’re 18 or older, struggling with PTSD symptoms, and seeking tools to improve your mental health, this course could be for you. 

The PTSD Course is recommended for people who:

Are 18 years of age or older.

Are Australian residents.

Are experiencing mild to moderate PTSD 

Have symptoms of PTSD as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression 

Have at least four hours a week to spend working on the course and practising the skills.

The PTSD Course is NOT suitable for people who:

Are currently suicidal - Get urgent help

Are not Australian residents

If you have very severe symptoms we strongly recommend that you see a GP and a psychologist and/or psychiatrist for assessment and treatment. 

We recommend discussing this course with your GP or other health professionals to ensure it's the right fit for you. Your GP can provide guidance and help you make an informed decision. You can also begin by completing our online assessment, which offers insights to support your conversation with them.

How to safely start doing things you have been avoiding 

How to stay well once the course has finished
