With the option for personalised therapist support and a self-paced format, it’s ideal for those who face barriers like time, cost, or access to face-to-face services.

Finding specialised OCD support isn’t easy, but MindSpot’s online course offers a flexible, affordable way to learn evidence-based strategies for managing symptoms —all from the comfort of your own home, on your own schedule.

Have at least four hours a week to spend working on the course and practising the skills.
