The Mood Mechanic Course is a clinically-proven treatment that helps young adults aged 18-25 improve their psychological health and overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety. This 8-week course is designed to help adults learn skills to manage anxiety, stress, worry, low mood and depression. It consists of five lessons over an eight-week period and provides the information and skills that you would normally receive from a mental health professional. You can choose to receive weekly therapist support during the course, or you can choose to contact us when you need to.

Who it's for: Young adults aged 18-25 experiencing symptoms of low mood, anxiety, or stress
How to start: Complete our free, online psychological assessment to enrol
Are 18-25 years of age.
Are Australian residents.
Experience symptoms of low mood, depression, stress, social anxiety, panic attacks or excessive worry.
Have at least four hours a week to spend working on the course and practising the skills.
Are currently suicidal - Get urgent help
Are not Australian residents
