Update on deployment of new Clinical Software Platform

Dear Health Professionals and Referrers

As you are aware, in late May 2020 we launched a major upgrade of our Clinical Software Platform. The upgrades are designed to improve the functionality of the system, including enhancing your and your patients’ online experience with us.

During the deployment we experienced some technical difficulties, which our team have been working hard to fix. We thank those who have been affected for their patience and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have temporarily switched off Health Professional access to our platform until the bugs are fixed.

We are still able to offer services to you and your patients. At this time, you can refer patients by either:

To assist you to monitor your patients’ progress we will send you assessment and treatment reports either via post or fax.

We are keen to assist you and your patients through this time. If you have any questions about clinical matters, IT support or would like to get in touch with me directly, please email our IT Team (). They will respond promptly and pass on any messages for myself or the clinic.
