In late May 2020 we launched a major upgrade of our Clinical Software Platform. The upgrades are designed to improve the functionality of the system, including enhancing your online experience with us.
Unfortunately, some people have experienced some challenges and inconvenience, as not all the new features have worked as planned. My team have been working hard to fix these bugs and I’m pleased to report, the new platform is now working well.
I thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience that you may have experienced during this time. My team and I strive to provide a level of service we would want for our own family and friends. In this instance we have not met this standard and have worked hard to rectify this.
